Delegates are requested to contact the official travel organisers, India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., (A Govt. of India Undertaking) for their travel, tour and accommodation needs.

NOTE:
* Hotel Booking will be made on first come first serve basis.
* Send one night's advance payment with the accommodation request form.
* Advance payment will be adjusted against the final bill of the Hotel.
* Payment of Hotel reservation must be received by 31st October 1999.
* Cancellation request received after 31st November 1999 will result in forfeiture of one nights' charge from the deposit.
* Upon receipt of the Accommodation form, Post congress tour form and appropriate fee, an acknowledgment and provisional receipt will be issued to the delegates. In case of non-receipt of acknowledgment and provisional receipt within 30 days of remittance, the delegates are requested to communicate with India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., immediately.
