Registration is compulsory for all, irrespective of the type of participation i.e., Attending Conference as observer, Presenting paper (Oral / Poster / Prize) or Panel discussion. The Registration form is enclosed with the announcement and must be duly filled and returned with the appropriate fee to the Congress Secretariat. The request for Registration should be on the prescribed proforma only. Photo copy is also acceptable.

REGISTRATION RECEIPT

Upon receipt of Registration Form and the appropriate fees, an official receipt and Registration confirmation will be issued to the delegates. If the official receipt does not reach within 30 days of remittance, the delegates are requested to contact the conference secretariat immediately. Please produce the Original receipt at the ’Registration Counter’ to obtain Registration badge, Conference Kit and Complimentaries.

The Complementaries and accommodation are not guaranteed for those making spot Registration.
A travel desk at conference venue will cater for the foreign exchange transaction for registration fees, accommodation and transfers etc.

CANCELLATION & REFUND
Request for cancellation should be made in writing. All refunds will be settled after 31 Jan 2000.

Full refund of the Registration Fee will be paid if the request for cancellation reaches the secretariat on or before 31 December 1999. No refund will be made for the cancellation request received after that date.
