The Organising Committee will do everything it can to assist the delegates and the accompanying persons in facilitating the convenience and comfort during the stay at Chennai. The delegates are however cautioned about leaving valuables unattended  in their hotel rooms. All hotels are provided with safety lockers and delegates are advised to make full use of the facility. Assistance counters will function from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. at the Registration Area of the conference venue.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION / SIGHT SEEING:

International / Domestic Air Lines and Indian Railways Cancellation  rules and regulations will be applicable for postponement &  cancellation  of  ticket.

LETTER OF INVITATION:

The congress Secretariat will provide formal invitation to those participants who wish to get financial grant / visas / Duty leave for the participation in the congress. The invitation does not commit, on the part of the organizers to provide financial assistance to the participants.
 

REMITTANCE OF REGISTRATION FEE AND THE OTHER CASH TRANSACTION:

All remittance to the conference to be made only by Demand Draft.  Money Orders / Postal orders / Cheques will not be accepted.

CONCESSIONS ON REGISTRATION / ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL  GRANT FOR STUDENT PARTICIPANTS

The Organising committee has decided to give the following concessions for student delegates from India / Abroad. 
 

• Room sharing / dormitory  accommodation for student delegates for the conference period. 
• For the prize winners, registration fees  will be reimbursed.

An Exhibition is arranged for the display and promotion of the products and services connected with Ayurveda. The exhibition would include Ayurvedic books, patent & proprietary drugs, Raw drugs, Country drugs, Herbal medicine intermediaries, seeds and seedlings of herbs, essential oils, pharmaceutical machineries, Analytical instruments, packaging materials etc. Please contact exhibition committee of  the  conference secretariat for booking of stalls. 

Live plant exhibition:   The rare  species of medicinal plants  will  be displayed along with its full details by a team of dedicated professionals headed by Prof. T.A. Panicker,  Thrissur,  for the benefit  of  the  participants.
